  • Provide timely support to customer through calls and email from an electrical industry.
  • Identify and access customers\' requirement to achieve satisfaction.
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issue promptly.
  • Ensuring effective communication and coordination between various departments in the operation process.
  • Coordinating the Operation Team by managing schedules and communicating relevant information.
