: Answer incoming calls, coordinate with sales team and registration team Notify management of any customer concerns and attempt a resolution Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards Job requirement Preferable Diploma holder or any equivalent (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply) Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Excel Self-motivated, responsible and highly committed to complete all task assigned with integrity Enthusiastic and with a positive attitude Good communication skills and willing to multitask Organized and willing to learn new skills Training will be provided.
