Job Description

The new opportunity is Customer Service Executive position where candidates are expected to: Handling all social media interactions including:

• Helping customers with thir services issues, providing accurate information and ensuring closure for all cases including those escalated outside of the team
• Engaging customer on the company social media properties(content, etc) to drive positive feedback
• Social media monitoring around brand sentiment and reputation
• Moderate content and engage the members on the company\'s community forum
• Pick up trnding issues and report them expeditiously to the team lead
• Help with social media coverage of events

Requirements:

• Experience and knowledge of the various day to day social media platforms
• Capable of handling 2 to 3 concurrent chat when doing support
• Comprehension of Social Media Marketing
• Have a minimum of on SPM with 2 to 3 years in customer service in telecommunication industry
• Ability to work on rotational shifts(Including weekends and public holidays)

Job Type: Full-time Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,900.00 per month Schedule:

• Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Attendance bonus

• Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
