Customer Service Representative

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets. In close cooperation with our customers and always with high quality standards

This is what you will do:

• Monitoring and acknowledging customer demand signals using customer portals
• Respond to all Customer communication messages promptly
• Have regular meetings with the customer\'s buyers to maintain strong relationship
• Own primary accountability for OTD performance

98% per Customer contract * Maintain Customer orders from entry in SAP to final goods delivery

What you bring with you:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Management or its equivalent with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Customer portal management, consignment inventory management experience preferred
• MS Office well known, preferably Excel supper user level
• SAP experience in sales module is preferred
