Job Description


: Operational Function \xe2\x80\xa2 To transact over-the-counter transactions on cash and non-cash transactions according to advice slips or other negotiable documents

  • To record all transaction accurately and balance each day\'s operations
  • To perform general administrative duties as required by the function
  • To discharge duties instructed by immediate supervisor to serve business interests of the Bank
Customer Relationship \xe2\x80\xa2 To attend to customer requests, inquiries, problems and complaints by providing prompt and service to customers, escalate customer\'s feedback to higher authority for deliberation.
  • To actively involve in cross product sales activities to ensure optimal customer reach.
Process & Compliance \xe2\x80\xa2 To maintain confidentiality of information and comply to standard operational procedures (SOPs) and to ensure
regulatory requirements are met towards achieving operational excellent
  • To perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Certificate/Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 to 2 years in relevant banking experience
  • Computer literate
  • Attention to detail and strong math aptitude
  • Good Interpersonal skills -Friendly and polite
  • Good personal attributes - Honest and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
