Customer Service Representative

Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company\'s products.
  • Ensure timely updates of customer databases and files
  • Ensure all documents prepared are correct and complete for deliveries.
  • Inform sales team if there are any discrepancies or issues with customers or customers\' orders.
  • Handle order processing, customers\' quotation & billing
  • Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): communication
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Experience in using SAP is an added advantage.
  • Posses own transport
  • Available Only Full Time Position:
  • 1 Based in (Selangor, Subang Jaya / Shah Alam)
