Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company\'s products.
Ensure timely updates of customer databases and files
Ensure all documents prepared are correct and complete for deliveries.
Inform sales team if there are any discrepancies or issues with customers or customers\' orders.
Handle order processing, customers\' quotation & billing
Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): communication
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
