  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in computer applications.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
  • Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a genuine desire to help others.

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and resolving complaints, ensuring prompt and positive resolutions.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, logistics, and team members, to ensure seamless and satisfying customer experiences.
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience by suggesting and implementing process improvements.
