Responsibilities
  • Parent/Guardian Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and guardians, addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring effective communication between the facility and families.
  • Enrollment Assistance: Assist in the enrollment process by providing information about programs, guiding parents through necessary paperwork, and explaining policies and procedures.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve customer concerns, complaints, or issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring the satisfaction of parents and maintaining a positive relationship.
  • Tours and Orientation: Conduct facility tours for prospective parents, providing information on educational programs, safety measures, and answering questions to help them make informed decisions.
  • 5Documentation and Records: Maintain accurate and organized records of parent communications, enrollment details, and other relevant information to ensure efficient operations.
  • Collaboration with Staff: Work closely with teachers, administrative staff, and other team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment for children and their families.
  • Following up with clients or customers to check that they\'re still satisfied with any purchases.
  • Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client\'s or customer\'s questions.
  • Any assigned job tasks such as handling franchisee enquiries as well as internal and external events or programs.
