POSITION : Customer Service ExecutiveRESPONSIBILITIEs \xef\x82\xb7 Responsible to raise PR/PO for customer\xe2\x80\x99s order\xef\x82\xb7 Follow up/attend to customer\xe2\x80\x99s enquiries on product information, delivery andorder status through proper communication flow\xef\x82\xb7 Attend to customer\xe2\x80\x99s complaint and feedback on product related issues and liaisewith relevant departments \xe2\x80\x93 production and QA to resolve customer\xe2\x80\x99s complaint.\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure customer\xe2\x80\x99s complaint/feedback are investigated and replied within thestandard timeline.\xef\x82\xb7 Co-ordinate, collect data and update \xe2\x80\x9cCustomer Complaint/Feedback Log\xe2\x80\x9d whereappropriate
