Job Description


  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Administration or related field
  • Good communication skills and has the ability to communicate fluently on the phone
  • Multi-lingual in both verbal and written English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia, able to converse in decent clear communication
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance, training and advices for incoming queries and issues related to accounting software
  • Response to queries either in phone or chat
  • Follow up with customer to ensure issues has been resolved
  • Maintain good relationship with customers and ensure customer success
