Job Description


* Responsible for all messages online, including Facebook, Instagram & Tik Tok, WA messages etc. * Attend to customer and provide good customer service. * Provide timely response to customer feedback or enquiries. * Good communication. * Social media specialist. * Record all relevant activities in the daily log. * Perform day-to-day administrative tasks and other related duties when required.
As a fast growing real estate service provider, we provide services from accommodation and warehousing facilities. We have more than 500 clients in our accommodation services where we provide long term accommodation solutions to professionals across Klang Valley. Some of our locations include Shah Alam, Kelana Jaya, Seri Kembangan, Jalan Klang Lama, Sentul and Cheras. Our high end facilities make stay for our guests both enjoyable and valuable in their life journey. As for our warehousing facilities, we are a fulfilment centre for food and beverage manufacturers, providing them and their clients easy access to goods. Complete with infrastructure to store and distribute frozen and chilled merchandise anywhere in Klang Valley.
SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
