Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for all messages online, including Facebook, Instagram & Tik Tok, WA messages etc.
  • Attend to customer and provide good customer service.
  • Provide timely response to customer feedback or enquiries.
  • Good communication.
  • Social media specialist.
  • Record all relevant activities in the daily log.
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks and other related duties when required.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month Schedule:
  • Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Seri Kembangan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
  • English (Preferred)
