minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in Logistics/Supply Chain, Freight, Shipping, Forwarding or equivalent.
Meticulous and Details Oriented
Ability to work in teams and open to others' views
Good command of language skills - Mandarin Speaker Preferable based on nature of the work
Managing relationship with Client/Carrier/Agent for smooth shipment process, a strong communication skill is ideal
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Managing end to end operation, shipping and sales support functions.
Act as a liaison, providing product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Constantly review working processes with vendors
Coordination on documentation between customers and carriers
