Job Description

  • minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in Logistics/Supply Chain, Freight, Shipping, Forwarding or equivalent.
  • Meticulous and Details Oriented
  • Ability to work in teams and open to others' views
  • Good command of language skills - Mandarin Speaker Preferable based on nature of the work
  • Managing relationship with Client/Carrier/Agent for smooth shipment process, a strong communication skill is ideal
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
  • Managing end to end operation, shipping and sales support functions.
  • Act as a liaison, providing product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Constantly review working processes with vendors
  • Coordination on documentation between customers and carriers
