- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or service industry.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Highly motivated and target-driven, with a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.- Fluency in Mandarin and English languages is preferred.- Knowledge of the Malaysian education system and study abroad procedures is an advantage.Responsibilities- Conducting outreach to prospective students through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.- Providing detailed information about our educational programs, admission requirements, and enrollment procedures to interested students and their families.- Assisting prospective students with the application process, including completing application forms and submitting required documents.- Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential students and their families to understand their educational needs and preferences.- Following up with leads and inquiries to ensure a high conversion rate from inquiry to enrollment.- Collaborating with other team members to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns to attract prospective students.- Representing the company at educational fairs, exhibitions, and events to promote our programs and services.- Keeping abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.- Providing timely and accurate reports on sales activities, leads, and conversions to the management team.- Translate Chinese students document to English Version.- Communicate effectively with students to address their needsBenefits- Basic Salary RM3,000-RM3,500 + Other Allowances + SOCSO, EPF & EIS- Constant career growth and a reputable company in the logistics industry are the trends and necessary services nowadays.- 5 working days only (Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm)- Annual bonus.- Training provided.- Company trips & team building.- Performance Incentive: Employees will receive a KPI bonus of RM100 if they manage fewer than 5 clients.
