DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services, mainly in logistics field (BY SEA OR AIR AS ASSIGNED)
2.Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer\'s complaint;
3.Coordinate and monitor logistics operations via SEA for domestic & international (import & export) destinations with customers, vendors, and appointed forwarders.
4.Handling of import/export domestic shipments
5. Update customer the delivery update and track shipment as per the set SOPs
6. Liaise with the customers & operation team/outsource/third party team for order processing & ensure delivery without delay
7. Constantly update customers with the shipment tracking details 8. Ensure payment receipt before releasing the documents (as per the payment terms)
9. Follow up emailswhatsapp/calls, update customer status of shipment and any other inquiries
10. Assist to prepare invoice bills and collection of fund from client
11. Provide quotation to customers according to their requirement
12. Any other task as assigned by the superior REQUIREMENTS Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary (SPM) /STPM

- At least 1 year work experience in Import / Export / Logistics / Supply Chain
- Handles multiple tasks, switches priorities and focuses as needed.
- Detail oriented and keen problem solving abilities. Innovative thinker.
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication and extraordinary presentation skills
- Proficient in English & Bahasa Melayu
- Experience in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) will be an added advantage
- Full time position(s) are available
- Subang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- STM/STPM (Preferred)
- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Preferred)
- Mandarin (Preferred)
- Bahasa (Preferred)
