  • Fluent communication in English & Mandarin (verbal & written).
Scopes:
  • Ensure communication with customers and clients with clear and relevant information
  • Manage customers or client\xe2\x80\x99s feedback and complaints in a professional manner
  • Answering client correspondences through email, social media, and by phone.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer\xe2\x80\x99s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
