Job Description

Customer Service: \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing bag dropping service, taking care of the customers\xe2\x80\x99 belongings, distributing PR media/daily promotion brochures and counting the numbers of in and out customers in each day and report the information to the supervisor \xe2\x80\xa2 Issuing Tax Invoice properly pursuant to the format stipulated by the Revenue Department \xe2\x80\xa2 Proceeding to change and return goods pursuant to the stipulated conditions by recording the data into Goods Return/Exchange Log Book \xe2\x80\xa2 Acknowledging the goods reparation request made from the customers as well as tracking the customers to receive the repaired goods back \xe2\x80\xa2 Proceeding the application for HomePro Credit Card for the customers by collecting the relevant documents and verifying the data filled by the customers as well as settling the HomePro Credit Card Balance for the customers \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing any promotion banners by installing them to the proper places and coordinating with the relevant parties upon the installation of the promotion banners and Display Premium as per the determined promotion list as well as taking care of the cleanliness and the tidiness of the promotion banners \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervising the Operator jobs (receiving/transferring phone calls and playing PR spots through wire broadcasting system set for each promotion campaign) \xe2\x80\xa2 Arranging goods recommendation or promotion campaign by coordinating with Marketing Division in procuring the tools, inviting the customers to join the activities, recommending and demonstrating the usage of the goods in order to stimulate the sales volume \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing the documents and submitting them to the relevant parties, namely Accounting Division, Financial Division, Marketing Division and etc.
