Responsibilities : Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and providing assistance in a timely and professional manner Handling customer complaints and resolving issues to the customer\'s satisfaction Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction Assisting with administrative tasks as required Requirements: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organizational and multitasking skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and proactive approach to work Minimum SPM Working hours: 9 am to 11 pm (rotational shift), 2 off days
