Monitor empty container delivery to the shipper/laden truck out for export.
Follow up port opening, closing time, and pre-advise done at the port system before container gate in port.
2. CUSTOMER SERVICE CUM DOCUMENTATION OFFICER
Response to customer enquiry like Booking, CRO, Schedule, Free Time application with liner, Request Waiver of Demurrage/Detention if any etc.
Monitoring booking to avoid last minutes cancellation and incurred charges.
Total logistics - Monitor the movements of containers with hauliers/ request ROT and feedback to customers on a timely manner.
Update data in terms of cost/selling.
Notify vessel delay notification to customers.
Forward carrier\xe2\x80\x99s circular to customers.
Checking vessel ETA and keep customer update together provide NOA/invoice/Release DO.
Monitoring SI submission/ confirmation from the customer to liner to avoid penalty.
Monitoring daily documents collection with dispatch together with submission of payment for those cash term liner.

Requirements
Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
Excellent in effective communication both spoken and writing, presentation and analytical skills.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
Required Skills(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Shipping/Logistics/Supply Chain/Freight Forwarding or equivalent.
Working experience will be an added advantage.
