Job Description


  • Generate daily orders, prepare and pack daily orders according to system, arrange shipping, update customers of the status of shipments.
  • Plan delivery schedule and manage logistics arrangement to customers.
  • Handle complex customer issues and escalated complaints/ calls.
  • Resolve customers\xe2\x80\x99 complaints in accordance with company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and refer to respective department head for unresolved case.
  • Follow up with respective departments on status of solutions to customers\xe2\x80\x99 request and complaint.
  • Support sales and marketing team by providing relevant information including customer feedback and sales leads.
  • To assist in other activities/functions organized by the Company.
  • To attend necessary training and discussion session to improve product knowledge.
  • To liaise with other departments and to resolve problems related to inter-department communication and make suggestions on improvements.
  • Maintaining high degree of integrity and confidentiality \xe2\x80\x93 keeping customers\xe2\x80\x99 information confidential at all times.
Job Requirements:
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidate who are able to speak in Mandarin will be given priority as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients from and back end support from China.
  • Strong customer service skills, highly motivated team-player.
  • Basic computer knowledge: MS Office, MS Outlook and Internet Explorer and others applications.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Possess great personality with can do attitudes.
  • Responsible, fast learner, interpersonal skills and strong spirit of teamwork. Able to impact business activities and influence staff and peers.
  • Good interpersonal skill, ability to go get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals.
  • Attention to detail, highly organized process \xe2\x80\x93focused aptitude.
Work Details:
  • Five Working Days (Monday - Friday from 10:00am - 07:00pm), Saturday required alternate OT from 10am - 7pm.
  • Two position available.
  • Work Location: Taman Molek, Johor Bahru.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,200.00 - RM3,300.00 per month Benefits:
