Job Description

Responsibility : We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service cum Receptionist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing receptionist duties. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience. 1. Reception Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-presented.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain the visitor log and issue visitor badges as required.
2. Customer Service:
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers, clients, and guests with their inquiries and requests.
  • Listen attentively to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to the relevant department.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly, striving to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and company policies.
  • Assist with customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
3. Appointment Management:
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms, ensuring proper coordination and timely updates.
  • Maintain and update calendars, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in managing schedules.
  • Notify staff members of appointments and any changes or cancellations.
4. Administrative Support:
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and record-keeping.
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
5. Team Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with various departments to relay information, resolve issues, and provide necessary support.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and management to ensure proper alignment and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • We are looking for someone who are fluent in Mandarin are Preferred
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in customer service and receptionist roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment, computer systems, and software applications (e.g., MS Office, PMS & Platform).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle occasional work schedule changes.
  • Able to work at shift rotate and weekend

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month Benefits:
