Job Description


Working Hours: shift 9 hours per day (including 1-hour break) the call centre works 24/7Working Days: Must be able to work on RotatingShift: Monday to Sunday 5 days a week rotational off day (2 off days)

  • Candidate must possess at least a pass SPM *Compulsory
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia | English
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Melaka
  • Possible to have own transportation
  • No work experience is required. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Applicant with good communication skills is encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
  • To attend/answer incoming calls from customers identify the problems and assist them in solving the problem by providing the right solution
  • Follow up with the customer on pending cases
  • Create a report in the system
