Job Description


  • Working Hours: shift 9 hours per day (including 1-hour break) the call centre works 24/7
  • Working Days: Must be able to work on Rotating
  • Shift: Monday to Sunday 5 days a week rotational off day (2 off days)
Responsibilities
  • To attend/answer incoming calls from customers identify the problems and assist them in solving the problem by providing the right solution
  • Follow up with the customer on pending cases
  • Create a report in the system
