Job details:
- answering customer calls, listening to their concerns and solving problems
- responsible for providing support from start to finish to resolve customer inquiries or concerns
- follow communication \xe2\x80\x9cscripts\xe2\x80\x9d when handling different topics
- keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Monday to Sunday, 5 days per week, 2 off days
Basic : RM1600 - RM1900
