Job Description


  • Personality traits - Good attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible,ethical and goal focused.
  • Analytical thinking and high problem-sloving skills
  • Stress tolerance and ablt to work in a pressured anvironment
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
  • Willing to work in shift rotations (am/pm/midnight shift) to ensue we have 24/7 service levels
  • Able to work on public holidays and weekends.
Responsibilities
  • Professionally handle high volume of inquiriees from customers
  • Effectively and efficiently solving customer inquiries
  • Follow up customers and post promotional banner or pictures via messaging apps.
  • Communicate to Team Leaders and (or) Manager
  • Continuously identify work process improvements
