Job Description

Contract Durations: 6 months Working Arrangement: Work From Home Shift Arrangement: Weekend shifts + monthly shift rotation Job Scope - Handle all queries in a polite, professional manner. - Responding to users\xe2\x80\x99 (buyers/sellers) complaints via live chat. - Achieve agreed KPIs and Objectives. - Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team Leader and Ops Team. - Conversing in a polite and professional manner. Requirements - Candidates with SPM/STPM or fresh graduates are welcome to apply. - Patient and able to handle high volume of chat. - Adhere strictly to shift schedules.
