Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Able to converse, interpret and deliver a precise and correct message.
  • Good phone etiquette, calm and timely mannered.
  • Work at the comfort of your own home - no worse traffics to endure to/fro work, tolls, petrol consumption, and work attire.
  • Evening/Night shifts due to the US timezone (Work on a roster/scheduled basis)
  • Minimum 8 hours a day - 40 hours per week, work for 5 days a week & 2 days. off(will either fall on a weekday/weekend).

Requirements
  • Fluent English
  • Fluent Mandarin/Cantonese (Speaking + Reading + Writing)
  • Stable internet Connection (100 Mbps)
  • Education Requirement: High School
  • Immediate Starters Prioritized

Contract length: 12 months Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Schedule:

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Mandarin (Preferred)
  • Cantonese (Preferred)
