Kelayakan

• Required language(s) - English, Mandarin
• At least 2 to 5 years of working experience in the related field is required
• Knowledge and experience handling a Letter of Credit / Collection are preferable.
• Basic knowledge or understanding of Incoterms will be an added advantage.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management or related
• Knowledge of and proficiency with Windows-based software, specifically Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Able to work under a high-pressure working environment

• Strong organizational skills for ensuring that all operational processes are running smoothly and efficiently
• Strong teamwork skills & contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for assisting with customer inquiries
• Excellent problem-solving skills for dealing with customer complaints
• Maintaining and updating customer records
• Manage large amounts of emails volume
• Work with the department head to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiar with ERP systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Coordinating various administrative tasks such as sales order processing, delivery, invoice data updating, etc.
