Job Description


  • This role would require Cantonese, Mandarin and English skills, both reading and writing.
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma or relevant certificate in any field
  • Required language(s): Cantonese, Mandarin & English (Read and write).
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Services field (Call Center is advantageous)
  • Basic Salary based on experience
  • Good presentation & negotiation skills with the ability to customize the product to customer needs.
  • Computer literate
  • Positive working attitude and able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Independent, proactive and self-driven
Responsibilities
  • To respond to queries from customers regarding to the services required by them.
  • To provide customers with product and service information.
  • To support via voice (calls), emails and livechat.

Working hours:
  • 9:00AM - 6:00PM shift & 11:00AM - 8:00PM shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Willing to work at PJ (nearby LRT Asia Jaya)
