This role would require Cantonese, Mandarin and English skills, both reading and writing.
Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma or relevant certificate in any field
Required language(s): Cantonese, Mandarin & English (Read and write).
Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Services field (Call Center is advantageous)
