Handle inbound and outbound calls related to the
E-hailing project
. Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service issues. Provide accurate information and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Record call details and report to the supervisor when needed.Requirements:

Bahasa Melayu and English
? Minimum SPM qualification
? Willing to work rotation shifts
