Position : Customer Support Specialist - Mandarin Speaker
Tenure: 1 year contract (Renewable Basis converted to permanent)
Salary :
- RM 3500 during probation
- RM 4,100 after 3 months probation
Working hour : Monday - Friday (9 AM - 5:30PM)
Location : Wisma E & C (Semantan)
Job Responsibilities
Delivers consistent provision of professional, donor-focused customer service through Social
Media, Mobile Applications, emails, LIVE Chats, Inbound Calls, and any other medium of communication used
Reviews and responds to comments concerning fundraising matters made on social channels in a timely, friendly, and professional manner, to educate and create positive connections with donors, prospect donors, and the general public.
Showing empathy while providing thoughtful and prompt resolutions. Develops a friendly rapport with donors.
Provides thoughtful, strategic insights regarding donor requests and service-related trends for development purposes.
Maintains regular/reliable attendance and assists operational events that may require additional hours.
Performs similar tasks as per other DCAs to ensure continuity during shrinkage.
Work closely with Donation Processing, Database Management, and Retention Team.
Work closely with Communication & Digital Acquisition team.
Works as a member of any specific new/existing projects or initiatives as assigned by fundraising Associate/Officer/Specialist.
Perform any other reasonably related duties as assigned by Fundraising Officer/Specialist
Job Requirement
Bachelor's Degree in any related field * Excellent communication in Mandarin language is required due to business needs
Minimum 2 years working experience in Customer Service operations or Call Centre * Able to speak and write good English
