Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and cooking menu items to high standards.
Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipe specifications and portion control guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen section (mise en place, equipment, and storage).
Help receive, inspect, and properly store deliveries.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or wastage to the Chef de Partie.
Support junior team members such as Commis Chefs through guidance and training.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain smooth operations during service.
Participate in menu development by suggesting new ideas or improvements.
