RESPONSIBILITES
Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
Ensure consistent great food production, in line with the high-quality standards expected by Leader Chef.
Assist the Chef de Partie in daily culinary operations in the kitchen
Perform task within a timely manner.
Any other suitable task as and when assigned by Chef.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least Certificate/ Advanced/ Higher Graduated Diploma in Culinary Art or equivalent required.
Required skill (s): knowledge in Malay, Chinese & India Cuisine. Malaysian Fusion Food & Western Food is an added advantage.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in hotels or resorts.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
