• At least a Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture;
• Ability to read and interpret specialized requirements from drawings and schedules;
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, MS Office, or other 3D-related software;
• Experienced in BLK scanning will be an added advantage;
• Able to work with minimal supervision and within the project timeline;
• A keen eye for detail and a desire to probe further into data.
• Flexible, responsible, and willing to multi-task and take on challenges.
• Ability to work as a Team.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Language required: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.

Tanggungjawab

• Study and understand the design & concept of ID Drawings provided by the Brand Principals.
• Review and approve technical & construction drawings prepared by members.
• Source for sample material (Fore design and build project only).
• Monitoring factory fabrication to ensure the production is according to technical specifications.
• Liaise with the Project Management and Project Admin team regarding any discussion/agreement with the client related to design.
• Conduct site inspections throughout construction phases to ensure all work is executed according to requirements.
• Submit an as-build drawing to the Landlord within 2 weeks after project completion.
