Job Requirements 1. Project Planning: \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement comprehensive project plans for property development projects, considering design, budget, timeline, and regulatory requirements. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the architectural team to create innovative and efficient design concepts that meet client expectations and comply with zoning and building regulations. \xc2\xb7 Conduct feasibility studies and due diligence assessments to evaluate the viability and potential risks associated with proposed projects. \xc2\xb7 Identify and mitigate potential obstacles or challenges that may arise during the planning and development stages. 2. Regulatory Compliance: \xc2\xb7 Stay up-to-date with local, state, and national planning and building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental standards. \xc2\xb7 Prepare and submit required documentation, including development plans, environmental impact assessments, and building permit applications. 3. Team Coordination: \xc2\xb7 Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop project specifications, technical drawings, and construction documents. \xc2\xb7 Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and collaboration throughout the planning and development phases. \xc2\xb7 Conduct regular meetings to review project progress, address any issues, and provide guidance and support to team members. 4. Job Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in architecture or a related field. \xc2\xb7 Proven experience working in the property development industry, with a focus on planning and development management. \xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, zoning regulations, building codes, and planning processes. \xc2\xb7 Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. \xc2\xb7 Proficient in relevant software applications, such as BIM, AutoCAD, project management tools, and Microsoft Office suite. \xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail. \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with sustainability practices and green building principles is desirable. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of real estate market trends, property valuation, and financial analysis is an asset.
