- Education : SPM
- Experience : 1-2 years in related field
- Fresh graduate can apply
- Answering customer queries
- Providing customer support
- Resolving customer complaints and issues
- Understand customer needs
- Ensuring complete customers\' satisfaction
- Salary Range: RM 2000 to RM 5000 / from RM 2000
- EPF, SOCSO & EIS
- Medical & Annual Leave: yes provided
- Overtime Pay
- Incentive (Based on Performance): Min from RM 200 - RM 1000
- Working Hours: From 9am to 5pm
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday only
