Summary Job Summary / Purpose / Objective: The Director of Marketing & Communications (DMC) will work to deliver the hotel\'s commercial marketing plan, driving go-to-market activations and developing content to inspire and engage audiences and overseeing the communication strategy, activation, and on-property implementation. This role will focus on demand generation and customer engagement efforts, spearhead short and long-term marketing solutions to maintain and drive market share, guest engagement and brand loyalty which are aligned with the hotel\'s commercial goals. The role will also be responsible for development and dissemination of key messaging across multiple channels including emails, social media, websites and tactical marketing collaterals. Requirement Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position with strong digital marketing knowledge and expertise. An experienced marketing leader with at least 3 years of luxury marketing experience. Experience in content marketing strategies and execution. Strong communications skills - verbal, written and analytical skills. Strong planning, organisation and presentation skills. Strong project management, organisation and time management skills. Strong team player and highly driven for results. Good understanding of social trends and the local media landscape.
