Job Description
- Responsible, open-minded, willing to learn new things and poses good attitude
- Able to work on midnights (12am - 2am) during peak days only
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in any relevant courses
- Responsible to set up, and optimize e-commerce platforms and help to achieve sales targets
- Manage daily e-commerce operations, promotion submissions and etc
- Knowledge and understanding of e-commerce space that includes marketing strategies, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends, and usability best practices.
- Assist, manage, and resolves issues with customer inquiry in e-commerce platforms.
