Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operational and administrative activities in E-commerce marketplaces (Shopee & Lazada, Tiktok).
• Day to day e-commerce operations including uploading of new product, pricing, stock inventory level, system maintenance, set up promotion & campaign, and ensure completeness of data.
• Managing and executing online promotional campaigns, such as 11.11, 9.9, 8.8.
• To source and identify the right product for the market.
• Inventory Control and Sync between platforms.
• Manage customer\xe2\x80\x99s enquiry & customer service.
• Keep product listing, store banner attractive at all times.
• Light graphics design and video editing task, can learn in work.
• Help in packing, stock management & stock count when needed.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or Diploma in E-commerce/ Marketing/ Advertising/ Media Planning/ Arts and Creative/ Accounting/ Business or equivalent.
• Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in e-commerce industry.
• Language Skill : English , Chinese and Bahasa Melayu
• Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator will be given priority.
• Good problem solving skills, initiative, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated and a team player.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

We are e-commerce company, based in Mahkota Cheras, mainly trade in Shopee and Lazada.
