Job Description


Candidates must be able to write and verbally communicate in Mandarin due to the nature of business.

  • Minimum possesses a Diploma/Degree in hospitality, event management, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in event planning and coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
Responsibilities
  • Plan and oversee all facets of events, which encompass venue selection, catering, transportation, equipment rental, entertainment, and decorations.
  • Formulate and manage event budgets, engage in negotiations with vendors, and ensure that all expenditures align with budgetary limits.
  • Create event schedules, checklists, and agendas to guarantee timely and high-quality completion of all tasks.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and business development team to devise event promotional strategies and outreach efforts aimed at attracting participants.
  • Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and other stakeholders to fulfill their requirements and ensure a positive event experience.
  • Engage with guests and provide customer service both prior to and during events, as well as afterward. Assess the success of events and offer recommendations for enhancing future ones.
