Reporting the operation of the club to the management on a timely basis.
2. Member Engagement
Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
Regular communication through omni-channel to keep members updated.
Collecting member feedback to improve engagement strategies.
3. Event Planning
Organize and coordinate events and activities for club members to enhance their experience.
To support management theme at any event organized by the club.
4. Financial Management
Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and membership fees.
Planning, organizing, directing and controlling financial activities to achieve EPF objectives.
5. Compliance
Ensure the club complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
Ensure the club operates within a regulatory framework, maintains high standards and avoids potential legal fines.
To prepare any related guidelines for the members.
6. Customer Service
Address and resolve any issues or complaints from club members promptly.
Provide responsive support on membership issues.
7. Vendor Management
Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure services and goods are delivered efficiently and effectively.
8. Facility Maintenance
Ensure the club\'s facilities and equipment are well-maintained and safe for use.
Proper inventory and record for all club assets and equipment.
9. Marketing and Promotion
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the club and its services.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Malaysian citizen
Above 21 years old upon the closing date of application
Obtain a pass in Bahasa Melayu, including oral test in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government
Possess at least a Bachelor Degree or Bachelor Degree (Honours) in Sports Science/ Health/ Public Relation/ Finance/ Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields recognised by the Malaysian Government from any local or overseas higher learning institutions or a qualification recognized as equivalent
Previous experience in club management, hospitality, or a similar role.
Have excellent oral and written communication skills in Malay and English
Have high motivation and can work under minimal supervision
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Able to work in a team, committed and able to complete tasks in a short time
Have experience in all the above tasks will be given priority
