Job Description
: * Responsible for the operation of Mamee Jonker House Merchandise, F&B and Workshops. * Manage staff/workers\' duty schedule. * Planning of sales and Marketing activities of MJH Melaka. * Responsible of daily sales of MJH : Responsible for the operation of Mamee Jonker House Merchandise, F&B and Workshops. Manage staff/workers\' duty schedule. Planning of sales and Marketing activities of MJH Melaka. Responsible of daily sales of MJH Melaka and monetary. Manager Product/ Stock inventory. Manager purchase and procurement for outlet. Manager service and product quality of MJH Melaka. To perform adhoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time. Job Requirement: Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Professional Certificates or equivalent in Food & Beverage Services Management,Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management,All Business Field Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience. Preferably Executive specializing in F&B / Tourism / Hospitality or equivalent. Good communication skills in English,Malay language for both spoken and written 1 Full-time/Permanent positions available
