Job Description


This person will need to be responsible and managing : * HR Capabilities and Training delivery: responsible in managing all training matters & supporting the development initiatives & programs

  • HR Projects management: responsible in coordination and completion of assigned strategic and operational HR projects.
  • HR Administration support: provide administrative support to HR departments - PS Team, Fantree awards, HRMC and others.
Job Responsibilities :Administrative support to Capabilities Development & Training Delivery
  • Support superior in administering DKSH Learning Management System (LMS), ensures training records are updated, schedule classes in LMS, manage queries and assists employees in LMS navigation
  • Manage training records and information on employees\' competencies/skills gap closure and application for the purposes of measuring post-training effectiveness and outcomes
  • Prepare training materials, manuals, notes and logistics needed for training modules delivery
  • Prepare monthly Capabilities Development training calendar announcement
  • Research and source vendors/trainers (internal and external) to ensure effective and quality execution of training initiatives/programs
  • Respond to queries and requests from external vendors/trainers to enable smooth running of development initiatives/programs
  • Support the execution of development initiatives/programs, communication plans, training programs, etc., to cater to country-wide development needs.
  • Coordinate training needs analysis activities (e.g. interview stakeholders, competency assessments, etc.). Gather and compile data as input to identifying training and development needs.
  • Support internal stakeholders in executing training needs analysis, running of classroom and virtual training program
  • Manage DKSH\'s HRDCorp grant and claim applications.
  • Manage once a month onboarding session for new hires and coordinate the weekly event. Occasionally conduct other development trainings for employees if required.
  • Raising PO for external training, creating vendor in system (if needed) & catering.
People Services (PS)
  • Manage data quality analysis by running reports and ensuring data are accurate.
  • Liaising with the PS team members to ensure data completion are updated.
  • Analyze errors to provide solutions & create a report to publish during PS meetings.
Employee recognition awards and Employee Surveys
  • Execute and support DKSH Annual Fantree Awards
  • Execute and support annual employee engagement survey
Job Requirement :
  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences or any related field
  • At least 3-4 years of working experience in similar exact role and within a fast-paced environment
  • Must have excellent communication skills and change management exposure
  • Detail oriented and well organized. Able to work efficiently with minimum supervision.
  • Capable to network and engage with stakeholders from different level in the organization
  • Proven passion for people development with expertise in developing and delivering materials and programs; experience in organization talent need analysis, is an added advantage
  • Excellent in full Microsoft Office suite, and/or other applications
  • Must be willing to work in The Ascent, Petaling Jaya.
