Job Description


  • To ensure the issuance of policy, member schedule, bordereaux, invoices, underwriting requirements letter and any correspondences for new business, renewal, endorsement are issued and delivered within the agreed Turnaround Time (TAT).
  • Review EB Operation processes. Recommend and coordinate required changes based on process analysis. Assist superior in the implementation of system enhancement on work related processes.
  • Ensure the agreed policy and endorsement issuance productivity and production targets are met.
  • Assist in enquiries (inclusive of member verification for TPA) and correspondence on operations related issue.
  • Ensure bordereaux to third party administrator (TPA) are delivered within the agreed TAT for medical card/24hr LG facility policies.
  • To comply with EB Operation Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) processes and ensure compliance among all sub-ordinates.
  • To review and maintain EB Operation Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) processes on a periodic manner.
  • Liaise with the marketers and sales support unit in managing customer\'s expectation(s).
  • To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the Management as and when required.
Key Requirements
  • Degree holder in Business Admin or minimum 3 years of experience in Insurance industry preferably with Employee Benefits knowledge.
  • Well verse in both verbal and written English language.
