To ensure the issuance of policy, member schedule, bordereaux, invoices, underwriting requirements letter and any correspondences for new business, renewal, endorsement are issued and delivered within the agreed Turnaround Time (TAT).
Review EB Operation processes. Recommend and coordinate required changes based on process analysis. Assist superior in the implementation of system enhancement on work related processes.
Ensure the agreed policy and endorsement issuance productivity and production targets are met.
Assist in enquiries (inclusive of member verification for TPA) and correspondence on operations related issue.
Ensure bordereaux to third party administrator (TPA) are delivered within the agreed TAT for medical card/24hr LG facility policies.
To comply with EB Operation Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) processes and ensure compliance among all sub-ordinates.
To review and maintain EB Operation Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) processes on a periodic manner.
Liaise with the marketers and sales support unit in managing customer\'s expectation(s).
To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the Management as and when required.
Key Requirements
Degree holder in Business Admin or minimum 3 years of experience in Insurance industry preferably with Employee Benefits knowledge.
Well verse in both verbal and written English language.
