Job Description
JOB FUNCTION Manage all production activities and workers within an assigned area. Responsible for meeting targets on productivity, food safety and quality. Responsible for implementing a supervisory control and reporting system within the area. Full commitment is expected to ensure that total quality control is practiced by all personnel within their authority. Report to Production Manager and liaise with technical staff, quality controllers and store personnel to obtain maximum support to achieve planned targets. Perform regular auditing to ensure plant machinery are properly maintained and faulty machinery are to be repaired. Proactive thinking in solution and have ownership of problems and achieve total excellence. QUALIFICATION Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent. At least 2Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
