We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Executive to support our growing chain of F&B restaurants -
GRANDMAMA's
. This position will based at the Head Office, this role is responsible for sourcing, purchasing and managing supplies to ensure consistent quality, cost efficiency and timely delivery across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Source, negotiate and purchase food, beverage, packaging and non-food items in accordance with company requirements.
Liaise with approved suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality standards and timely deliveries.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries and ensure proper documentation and records.
Maintain proper procurement records in accordance with Company policies.
Work closely with Finance on cost control, invoicing and supplier payments.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and company procurement policies.
Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements or alternatives when necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Purchasing or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
