• Analyze and execute processes using business tools and metrics to enhance parts planning, ordering, and delivery systems based on sales situations.
• Drive reductions in supply lead time and inventory levels.
• Monitor component forecast fluctuations and propose countermeasures.
• Implement innovative supply chain management skills and techniques within relevant departments.
• Ensure that Supply Chain Management processes align with the company\'s business model.
• Achieve SCM team goals that align with company targets.
• Lead and execute supply chain improvement projects that make a difference.

What We\'re Looking For:

• A Bachelor\'s or Master\'s Degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related field, with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or 2nd class upper.
• Preferably someone with a background in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• A proactive individual who can work independently and meet deadlines.
