To maintain effective tenancy administration, landlord details, tenancy details, deposits records, maintaining and updating all rental records into Tenancy Management System.
To handle pre-tenancy and post-tenancy matters such as registration of sites, issuance of Letter of Offer, preparing Tenancy Agreement & tenancy reports.
To monitor tenancy expiry and handle renewals and assist the Manager in preparing renewal notice, renewal negotiation, tenancy agreement & renewal report.
To manage and ensure all tenancy documentations are in order and keep in tenancy files or input into digitalized TMS system accurately.
To ensure adherence to tenancy terms, guidelines and KPIs set by the Management
Liaise closely with inter-depts on tenancy matters pertaining to rental details and facility services which includes repair/defect and building maintenance.
Carry out any other assignments assigned by The Management from time to time.
Requirements:
Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
At least 2 years (s) of working experience in tenancy management and must have experience using & maintaining TMS (tenancy management system) or experience in using the system for managing tenants/landlords
Pro-active with a positive attitude, independent, strong organizational & good time management skills
Possesses good verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
