Duties & Responsibilities
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
1. To maintain effective tenancy administration, landlord details, tenancy details, deposits record, maintaining and updating all rental records into Tenancy Management System.
2. To handle pre-tenancy and post tenancy matters such as registration of sites, issuance of Letter of Offer, preparing Tenancy Agreement & tenancy reports.
3. To monitor tenancy expiry and handle renewals and assist Manager in preparing renewal notice, renewal negotiation, tenancy agreement & renewal report.
4. To manage and ensure all tenancy documentations are in order and keep in tenancy files or input into digitalised TMS system accurately.
5. To ensure adherence to tenancy terms, guidelines and KPIs set by the Management
6. Liaise closely with inter-depts on tenancy matters pertaining rental details and facility services which includes repair/defect and building maintenance.
7. Carry out any other assignments assigned by The Management from time to time.
