POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

• Execution of the project planning, tracking and coordination.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Responsible for coordinating programs activities.
• Support in the development of programmes to support the organization\'s strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals.
• Develop budgets and operating plans for programs and writing program funding proposals.
• Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
• Support in the development of new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
• Conduct evaluation to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
• Work with a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
• Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
• Provide project analytics to highlight status of progress and issues.
• Working on tactical related matters.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve programme goals.

Key Challenges

• Ensuring success of transformation projects/programmes at entreprise or subsidiary/division level.
• Convincing and getting buy-in from internal and external stakeholders related to transformation projects.
• Facilitate and advise project leads on tactical matters.

• Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies and tools.

Unique Requirement

• Development of AI products from conception through launch. Understand the market, regulatory requirements, and technical challenges of AI products

Relevant IndustriesExternal

• Degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Project Management will be an added advantage.

• Degree in any technical or business discipline
• Project management certification would be an added advantage
